The kitchen in this house was very dark and small. We enlarged the kitchen and installed a Velux Skylight to give extra light.

We did a full reclad on this garage with plaster and Linea weatherboards. Replaced the two old garage doors with one Aluminium front door and a large remote garage door. We built a one bedroom flat above the garage featuring a lounge/kitchen, bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower and a bedroom.

The outside of this home was very dated. We put in new Aluminium double glazed windows and doors throughout, plastered over the old bricks and painted all the exterior, including the roof. We also designed the garden, paths, BBQ area and decks.

We extended the small formal lounge to line up with the existing dining/living kitchen area.

This room was extended out and bigger windows were installed to give more light.

We attached a brand new purpose built flat for an elderly gentleman on to an existing property so that he could be close to his family.

A very dated kitchen with a brick archway was demolished to open up the room.
Bathroom before:

The old bathroom had a bath and vanity in it and a shower in the next room. We made both rooms into one room. The bathroom/ shower room were completely stripped. We installed a new vanity, bath and shower and heated towel rails.

As you can see from the photo, the original hallway was dark and narrow. We widened the hallway and installed a Velux Skylight at each end of the hallway ceiling to create more light.
